Contest Rules

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to everyone. Employees of MachiningCloud and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period: The contest will begin immediately and end on November 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM PDT. Any entries received after this date and time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter: Contestants create an account on MachiningCloud through the dedicated page (www.machiningcloud.com/MMS2025). Existing MachiningCloud users can enter the contest via email, sent as followed:

4. Selection of Winner: The will be randomly drawn and announced on Wednesday November 19, 2025.

5. Prize: The winner will receive a smartwatch of his choice (Apple watch SE, Samsung Galaxy watch, Pixel watch)valued at around $350.

7. General Conditions: By participating, contestants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions made by MachiningCloud, which are final and binding in all respects. MachiningCloud reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the contest at any time, at its discretion.

8. Privacy: By entering the contest, contestants agree that their entries (including all personal data submitted with the entry) may be processed, stored, shared and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the contest and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that his or her personal data will be used by MachiningCloud in accordance with its privacy policy.
