User Interface & Experience

  • Visuals: Updated the “Product Usage” icon and ensured that non-recommended materials now appear transparent in the grid for easier identification.
  • Product View: Fixed a layout issue where the materials grid was overlapping with product details in the list view.
  • Sign-Up: Improved the validation and formatting for the Phone Number field on the new user sign-up page.

 

Job Export & Reports

  • SolidCAM:
    • New: Added hyperlinks in the XML export that link directly back to the specific Assembly or Item within MachiningCloud.
    • Improved: Updated the mapping for shoulder_length to automatically fall back to OAL-LS or cutting length if the primary data is missing.
    • Fixed: Resolved specific issues that were causing STL generation to fail during export.
  • GTC Export: Added support for exporting LCR (Left Corner Radius) and RCR (Right Corner Radius) parameters.
  • General: Fixed a bug where the export function would fail when switching between different application modules.

 

Feeds, Speeds

  • Calculation: Added a fallback logic for Apmin (Minimum Depth of Cut) to prevent calculation errors.
  • UI: Fixed a bug where material references persisted in the UI even after being cleared.

 

3D Models & Data

  • Recovery: Improved logic to correctly attach CRP (Cutting Reference Point) to the CUT body during 3D model recovery.
  • Assemblies: Added definitions for the number of pockets per port in 3D assemblies.
  • User Upload: Restored the automatic file download function for user-uploaded items where the brand is set to “Other”.

 

Bug Fixes & General

  • Inventory: Resolved a regression where the “Download Model” button was unresponsive in My Inventory.
  • Filters: Corrected the visibility of the “Corner Radius” filter for Iscar products.
  • Performance: Fixed a loading issue that caused the Full Product Details page to hang.
  • API: Fixed the /Tool.svc/ListSupportedBrands endpoint to ensure it returns the complete list of supported brands.
